"Marcus proved to be an excellent find as our job (finding the cause of a fault tripping the kitchen electric circuit including boiler) proved anything but straightforward. When previously an intermittent fault, two other electricians couldn't find the problem but Marcus took the time needed to investigate throroughly, arranging to come back a second time as we needed to move a freezer to get at cables under the floorboards. Ultimately the problem was found and resolved by removing a faulty cable under the floor that could only be accessed by also taking out a kitchen unit. I suspect many others might have given up and bodged a temporary fix but Marcus was determined to get to the cause and throughout gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing, taking time to explain things as he went.
